These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZK888 ("ZK888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZK888 website, mobile applications, gaming products, betting services and any related features or content (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an Account on ZK888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
ZK888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ZK888. Duplicate Accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Any Bonus Funds claimed across multiple Accounts may be forfeited. ZK888 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ZK888 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify ZK888 immediately via the support channel.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, ZK888 requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in Account suspension.
Your use of ZK888's Services is subject to the following conditions at all times:
All bets placed on ZK888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game category. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable betting rules before placing any wager. The rules for cricket, football, UFC and other sports markets are governed by the operator's published sport-specific rulebooks, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation reference has been issued by the platform. Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error may be voided at ZK888's discretion, regardless of whether a confirmation was received. "Manifest error" includes but is not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures and typographical mistakes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, competition and market type. ZK888 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits based on betting patterns or risk management requirements without prior notice.
In-play (live) bets are subject to temporary suspension during key game events such as wickets, goals, stoppages or technical delays. Odds may change during the acceptance window. ZK888 accepts no liability for delays between an event occurring and live odds being updated.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or voided, bets will be settled according to applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, void bets are returned to the User's Account as a stake refund. Accumulated bets (parlays) containing a voided selection are typically recalculated with the voided leg removed.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any funds derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn. Example illustrative figures (not guarantees): a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets. Actual requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a maximum single-bet stake limit applies. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or accidentally — may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings. This limit is specified in each promotion's terms and is typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet.
Unclaimed or unmet Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire after the period stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Users are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates.
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of excluded games to circumvent contribution requirements, and coordinated wagering with third parties, constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

ZK888 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods. The available options and their availability at any given time are displayed in the platform's cashier. Methods commonly used by Pakistani users include bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash and the Raast instant payment system. Availability is subject to change.
The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in these Terms or elsewhere on the ZK888 platform does not imply that these providers endorse, support, or permit gambling transactions. Users must verify current availability within the cashier and comply with the terms of service of their chosen payment provider.
Transactions may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions processed in a currency other than your Account's base currency.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZK888 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Any feedback, suggestions or submissions you make to ZK888 regarding the Services may be used by ZK888 without obligation to you, including for product improvement and promotional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or anticipated savings, regardless of whether ZK888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ZK888 does not warrant that:
ZK888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
ZK888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ZK888 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (after completion of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to pending withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and incorporated. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to seek resolution through the operator's published complaint and dispute resolution procedure in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution bodies of the applicable license jurisdiction.
Pakistan Users: Use of ZK888's Services from Pakistan does not imply that disputes are subject to Pakistani jurisdiction. Local legal restrictions may apply independently of any dispute resolution mechanism described in these Terms. We recommend seeking independent legal advice if you have jurisdictional concerns.
ZK888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice wherever practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. ZK888 shall not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
